This property exceeded my expectations! Let's start with check in... Keith (who called me by name for or entire stay) was fabulous, informative, and professional. *Community dining area is set up much like a regular restaurant. Buffet is open to the public for purchase but free for guests. * Free breakfast (fresh waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal, coffee) *Free dinner (yes... Free dinner!!!) On the night we visited the were hot dogs, baked potatoes with toppings, chicken, Alfredo noodles, salad .. Etc. *Free drinks! Not just soda, juice, tea, and coffee... But each adult also gets 3 free adult beverages for each night of their stay! Try the Vodka Cherry Sour, yum!! *If hotel food doesn't interest you, the hotel shares a parking lot with cracker barrel. *There's an indoor pool... You can swim under the wall and be outdoor. No part of the pool is deeper than 4.5ft which is nice for safety. *Nice little gym area. *Rooms are very large... We were traveling with friends and chose connecting rooms so that the kids could play and adults could visit. At any given time we had 2-8 people in a single room visiting and never felt cramped. *One member of our party got sick due to ingesting pool water .. Hotel staff was accommodating and supportive *Plenty of parking *TIP: The microwave and fridge are in the dresser! It looks like drawers but the left side is a cabinet!

I would to thank the front desk woman which check us in and out. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and hotel. She made sure we had everything we needed and to ensure a Great experience with Drury. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and the ladies in the dining area were friendly as well. The entire facility was clean and up to date. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoy the complimentary breakfast, dinner, drinks and popcorn for a snack. The property manager can be seen through the property checking on everyone which was nice. I had one unfriendly person at the front desk one night when my granddaughters and i came down to purchase afew items. She did not smile or greet us and made me feel rushed. However, despite that one young lady my overall stay was great. She definitely does not fit in with the other friendly, happy, smiling workers.

First person to meet was Steph at the check-in desk. She was professional and friendly. They had a lot of amenities. Breakfast was delicious. I had the waffles that we make, sausage, egg, and home potatoes, OJ. Much more variety was offered. They offer a buffet at dinner as well. It was also delicious. I had BBQ sandwich, pork n beans, Mac and cheese one night and meat balls and gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and vegetable Florentine another night. The location was perfect for the conference I had to attend close by. I will be looking forward to hopefully staying again but for pleasure next time rather than business.

I have stayed at the Drury Inn several times, always clean. This stay there was some type of yellow stains on my bottom sheet. It was late when I was preparing for bed. Called the front to report, took about 30 to bring more sheets with no assistance to put them on and I am handicap. It was a struggle. The rest of the trip was good. I was greeted at front desk by Bianca who was very friendly and told me if I needed anything to let her know. The free night meal offered was delicious and kitchen staff was wonderful too. I will be using again. The deal with sheets was the 1st time and I hope the last time.

The room was comfortable and very clean. There’s an evening happy hour with snacks and alcohol as well as breakfast included with your stay. While the quality of the food and was just so-so like many chain hotels (we didn’t try the alcohol), it was varied, plentiful, and FREE. It seemed that families were enjoying themselves in the large, comfortable dining area. It’s an easy drive to downtown Greenville from the hotel which was where we had dinner and a walk the next morning. The hotel prices there in the city center are double or even triple that of Drury Inn, so I consider it to be an excellent value.
